BioShield seals, to be replaced during lamp service
The BioShield UV system has the full flow of the circuit passing through it, under pressure. Its quartz sleeve and chamber are sealed by gaskets that are removed every time the lamp is replaced.
These seals cannot be reused: they have taken on a permanent deformation under compression. Reinstalling them as they are exposes you to a leak on an electrical device, which is precisely what should be avoided.
The kit contains all the seals necessary for a complete service of the device.

Can the old seals be reused?
