In brief: Pentair IntelliChlor power center, designated PC100, for IntelliChlor IC20, IC40, and IC60 cells. Pentair part number 520556 (Canadian version 520910).
The brain of the salt system
The power center converts AC power into low-voltage DC power for the cell, manages the polarity reversal that prevents scaling, and displays system status.
It also shuts off production when flow is insufficient, water temperature is too low, or salt levels are out of range. Without it, the cell cannot operate.
A faulty power center is indicated by a total lack of production, lights that do not turn on, or a new cell that does not produce anything.
An important clarification
The PC100 and 520556 are not two different products: PC100 is the trade name for the 520556. The Canadian version of the same device carries the number 520910.

Frequently asked questions
My cell is no longer producing: is it the cell or the power center?
First check the salt level, water temperature, and cell cleanliness. If everything is correct and the power center lights do not respond, the problem is with the center. If the lights are working normally but production remains at zero, the cell is more likely to be the cause.
Can I change the cell without changing the power center?
Yes, among the IC20, IC40, and IC60 cells: they all use the same PC100.
Is it compatible with the iChlor?
Yes for the iChlor 30, which uses the same PC100 according to Pentair documentation. However, iChlor and IntelliChlor cells are not interchangeable with each other.
Service on the North Shore
Piscines Geyser keeps Pentair parts in stock in Blainville and serves the Laurentians. Send us a photo of your installation if you are unsure about compatibility: we will confirm before shipping.
