The IC15 cell power supply
Unlike the IC20, IC40, and IC60 cells, which use the PC100 power center, the IntelliChlor IC15 operates with its own low-voltage power supply.
The Pentair IC15 manual specifies the circuit's characteristics: 85 to 130 VAC input, 65 W, and 24 VAC at 4 A output to the cell. A GFCI-protected outlet is required.
A defective power supply results in a cell that produces nothing at all, with no salt or flow warning light.

Part number 521171 does indeed exist at Pentair under the IntelliChlor category. However, the manufacturer's page does not publish any data sheet for this number.
The 115 V input and 24 V output specifications found with several distributors are consistent with the values in the IC15 manual, but they are not confirmed by a Pentair page. We prefer to say so.

How do I know if my power supply is the problem?
If the cell produces nothing and no lights come on, the power supply is the first suspect. If the lights work but production is zero, the cell is more likely the problem.
Is it compatible with an IC40 cell?
No. The IC20, IC40, and IC60 use the PC100 power center (520556 or 520910), not this power supply.
Can I use it with an iChlor?
No. The iChlor manual explicitly warns that the older IntelliChlor IC15 power supplies are not compatible with current iChlor units.
