-Piscine Geyser does not guarantee that the water will be clear upon opening. Any water refilling required at opening must be done by the client.
-Opening does not include: Pool cleaning, Cost of parts that need to be replaced. Cleaning and sanitizing products, as well as cleaning of the cartridge(s). Technicians do not roll, fold, or clean the winter cover/mesh net.
-Salt system: Technicians will not activate this type of system as the water must be properly balanced beforehand.
-Light installation: We reserve the right to install or not install lights depending on the water quality and depth, to ensure the safety and efficiency of the intervention.
-If repairs/parts are necessary, the technician will inform you.
Your exact appointment date will be confirmed by phone within 24 to 48 hours of your order. If you have a specific week in mind, please indicate it in the notes during checkout or inform our team during the call.
Option:
Sand change: filter outside the house only includes up to 5 bags of sand. Do not hesitate to ask for a quote if the filter is inside the house or under a balcony.
Option 3 cleaning visits: technicians will perform bottom cleaning with a vacuum, surface cleaning with a leaf net, wall cleaning with a brush.
Cleaning of waterline stains and steps. Each visit includes up to 1 hour of work. 3 visits do not guarantee that the pool will be ready for swimming.
Spa overflow please inform our team during the call, an additional $80 will be charged.
