- Piscine Geyser does not guarantee that the water will be clear at the time of opening. Any water filling required upon opening must be done by the client.
- The opening does not include: Pool cleaning, the cost of parts that need to be replaced, cleaning and sanitizing products, or cleaning of the cartridge(s). Technicians do not roll, fold, or clean the winter cover/mesh net.
- Salt system: Technicians will not start up this type of system because the water must be properly balanced beforehand.
- Light installation: We reserve the right to decide whether or not to install lights based on water quality and depth, to ensure the safety and efficiency of the operation.
- If repairs / parts are necessary, the technician will notify you.
The exact date of your appointment will be confirmed by phone within 24 to 48 hours following your order. If you have a specific week in mind, please indicate it in the notes during checkout or inform our team during the call.
Option:
Sand change: filter located outside the house only, includes up to 5 bags of sand. Please do not hesitate to ask for a quote if the filter is inside the house or under a balcony.
3-visit cleaning option: technicians will perform bottom cleaning with a vacuum, surface cleaning with a leaf net, and wall cleaning with a brush.
Cleaning of rings on the liner and steps; each visit includes up to 1 hour of work. 3 visits do not guarantee that the pool will be ready for swimming.
Spillover spa: please notify us during our team's call; an additional $80 will be charged.
