-Geyser Pool does not guarantee that the water will be clear upon opening. Any water refilling required upon opening must be done by the customer.
-The opening does not include : Pool cleaning, The cost of parts that need to be replaced. Cleaning and sanitizing products as well as cleaning the cartridge(s). The technicians do not roll, fold or clean the winter cover/mesh net.
- salt system : technicians will not operate this type of system because the water must first be well balanced.
- Installation of lights: We reserve the right to proceed or not with the installation of lights depending on the quality and depth of the water, in order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the intervention.

The exact date of your appointment will be confirmed by phone within 24 to 48 hours of your order. If you have a specific week in mind, please indicate it in the notes during checkout or inform our team during the call.
Option:
Sand change : filter outside the house only includes up to 5 bags of sand do not hesitate to ask for a quote if the filter is inside the house
Option 3 cleaning visits the technicians will carry out the cleaning of the bottom with a sweeper, cleaning of the surface with a leaf net, cleaning of the walls with a brush
Cleaning of dark circles on the canvas and on the steps each visit includes up to 1 hour of work .
*please note that certain swimming pools such as TREVI EUROPEA, TREVI HARMONY and TREVI INDUSTRIA, buried or all semi-buried swimming pools will be charged at the rate of an in-ground swimming pool.
