- Piscine Geyser does not guarantee that the water will be clear upon opening. Any water filling required at opening must be performed by the client.
- The opening does not include: Cleaning the pool, the cost of parts that need to be replaced. Cleaning and sanitizing products as well as cleaning the cartridge(s). Technicians do not roll, fold, or clean the winter cover/mesh net.
-Salt system: technicians will not start up this type of system because the water must be well-balanced beforehand.
-Light installation: We reserve the right to proceed with light installation or not depending on the quality and depth of the water, to ensure safety and service efficiency.

The exact date of your appointment will be confirmed by phone within 24 to 48 hours following your order. If you have a specific week in mind, please indicate it in the notes during checkout or inform our team during the call.
Option:
Sand change: filter outside the house only includes up to 5 bags of sand. Do not hesitate to ask for a quote if the filter is inside the house or under a balcony
Option 3 cleaning visits: technicians will perform bottom cleaning with a vacuum, surface cleaning with a leaf net, wall cleaning with a brush
Cleaning of water lines on the liner and steps; each visit includes up to 1 hour of work.
*Attention: certain pools such as TREVI EUROPEA, TREVI HARMONY, and TRÉVI INDUSTRIA buried or any semi-inground pools will be billed at the price of an inground pool
