Inground Pool Closing – Winterization Service North Shore

Prepare your pool for winter with complete peace of mind thanks to our comprehensive inground pool closing service, offered by the certified experts at Piscines Geyser. We use professional products and a proven method to protect your equipment, prevent freezing, and ensure the longevity of your installation. Service available throughout the North Shore of Montreal and the Laurentians.

What's included in the basic service

• Draining of the pump, filter, chlorinator, or salt system
• Draining and winterization of the water heater
• Removal of the ladder and lights (depending on model and condition)
• Draining and blowing out all lines
• Installation of winter plugs (plugs not included)
• Skimmer winterization with styrofoam (styrofoam not included)
• Complete winter chemical treatment — closing kit up to 60,000 L included
• Antifreeze for piping (3.78 L included)

Additional options available

Visual inspection included

• Checking the condition of the water, liner, steps, pump, filter, and lights
• Removal of filter cartridges for cleaning by the customer

Note: Cover, net, stakes, water tubes, and elastic systems are not included.

Important warnings (read carefully)

• Do not stop the filtration system before our arrival. Water circulation must be maintained to protect the equipment against freezing.
• No warranty if operating conditions are not met.
• Piscines Geyser does not guarantee the winterization of fiberglass or concrete pools. Please follow the manufacturer's standards after closing.
• It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the sump pump and maintain the water level 8 inches below the returns until freezing.
