Which power to choose?
The power is selected according to the water volume and desired heating speed:

Installation
The Model C Digital connects to the existing filtration system (water inlet and outlet) and requires a dedicated 240 V electrical connection. For your safety and to comply with the Quebec Building Code — Chapter V Electricity, electrical installation must be carried out by a master electrician. Warranty
1 year against all manufacturing defects. In case of defect, the appliance must be returned to Val-Therm after obtaining a return authorization. Transport, disconnection, or other costs are not covered. Heating elements are not covered by the warranty.
